Abstract

This paper is about a survey conducted to corroborate the conclusions drawn from the literature review in a research on the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (CCASG) or as it is often referred to as the “Gulf Cooperation Council” (GCC). The survey was conducted, among practitioners in the field of arbitration in the GCC states, to determine the perception of practitioners in the field of arbitration regarding arbitration and the enforcement of arbitral awards in the GCC states.
