Abstract
The article examines the object of a criminal offense concerning Non-Payment of Salary, Stipend, Pension and Other Payments Established by Law. In this article, a comprehensive analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine regarding the disclosure of the essential features the object of a criminal offense concerning blanket rule under Article 175 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is performed, which are important both for qualification for this article and for its improvement. Part 7, Article 43 of the Constitution of Ukraine establishes that the right to timely payment of compensation for work is protected by law. The Article 46 of the Constitution of Ukraine provides citizens with the right to social protection. And the Article 53 of the Constitution of Ukraine declares that the state provides pupils and students with the state stipends and privileges. The research the object of a criminal offense concerning of groundless non-payment of wages, stipends, pensions or other payments established by law is highly important because according to the Article 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine protection of rights and freedoms of an individual and a citizen, property, etc. is an objective of this Code. This study was conducted in order to avoid accusations of a serious offense non-committed indeed. The purpose of the article is to implement a comprehensive analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine regarding the disclosure of the essential features the object of a criminal offense concerning blanket rule under Article 175 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. To achieve mentioned purpose we: 1) examined the current legislation of Ukraine regarding the disclosure of the essential features the object of a criminal offense concerning blanket rule under Article 175 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine 2) have performed the analysis of scientific works and criminally-legal editions in a researched part; 3) have formulated conclusions in which have included results are mentioned here.
