Russian Abstract: В данной статье рассматривают проблемы Федерального закона от 26.06.1992 № 3132-1 «О статусе судей в Российской Федерации» в части соответствия требований, предъявляемых к кандидатам на должности судей в Российской Федерации и обозначаются конкретные предложении по совершенствованию и адаптации к реальным жизненным обстоятельствам. English Abstract: In this article consider problems of the Federal law of 26.06.1992 No. 3132-1 About the status of judges in the Russian regarding compliance of requirements imposed to candidates for positions of judges in the Russian Federation and are designated concrete suggestion for improvement and adaptation to real vital circumstances.
