Abstract

For samples prepared by ion implantation the dependence of the hyperfine interaction on parameters as implantation temperature, implantation dose and enthalpy of solution of the impurity-host system is discussed. Results from static low temperature nuclear orientation and nuclear magnetic resonance of oriented nuclei experiments with the system BiFe, CsFe, AuFe, BrFe, BrCo and IFe are presented and where possible compared with recent systematic channeling results.
