Abstract
The surgical results of cerebral aneurysms have been improved with recent diagnostic and therapeutic advances. However, many problems still remain in the management of giant intracranial aneurysms [1, 2, 6]. In this paper, the problems in the surgical treatment of giant aneurysms of the anterior circulation were studied based on our experiences.
