Abstract

0. W. Wilson is Dean of the School of Criminology, University of California, Berkeley, and a recognized authority in the field of Police Administration. His services have been utilized throughout the country in police survey and reorganization programs. Dean Wilson knows the problems of a police chief not only from this and his academic work, but from his years of service as head of the Wichita (Kansas) Police Department.
