Abstract
This article is devoted to analysing problems in communication between teachers and how to deal with them. I will examine various aspects of this issue, from the need for more clarity in transmitting information to difficulties building trust and cooperation between teaching staff members. Lack of clarity in communication can lead to misunderstandings and frustration among teachers. Unclear instructions or messages affect the quality of teamwork and the effectiveness of educational activities. I will also look at the causes of ambiguity in the transmission of information. Another important aspect of teacher teamwork is trust and cooperation. Building trust and collaboration includes promoting open communication, common goals, and sharing knowledge and ideas. Competition between teachers or lack of confidence can be serious obstacles. In addition, I will look at strategies that can help teachers communicate more effectively and resolve conflicts, which contributes to building a positive school atmosphere and increasing the effectiveness of educational work.
