Abstract
The activity of the higher school of Ukraine in the direction of training sports managers with regard to labor market requirements is analyzed. The main problems that impede the formation of managers of physical culture and sports are specified. The reasons of the low level of training of managers of physical culture and sports in higher educational establishments are established. It is substantiated that innovative approaches in the formation of future managers of physical culture and sports in the current conditions are the determining direction in the activity of the national higher education. The tasks and principles of the structure of the pedagogical process in higher educational establishments, which should take into account the requirements of the employer to the sports managers at both the national and international labor markets, are determined. It is proved that now the system of professional training of managers in physical culture and sports should be directed to meet the needs of society by specialists who must know the specifics of management in different segments of the industry and be competitive players in the labor market.

ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ ФОРМУВАННЯ МАЙБУТНІХ МЕНЕДЖЕРІВ ФІЗИЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ І СПОРТУ У ВИЩІЙ ШКОЛІ. Обґрунтовано, що інноваційні підходи у формуванні майбутніх менеджерів фізичної культури і спорту в нинішніх умовах є визначальним напрямом у діяльності вітчизняної вищої школи. Що нині систему професійної підготовки менеджерів з фізичної культури і спорту необхідно спрямувати на задоволення потреб суспільства фахівцями, які повинні знати специфіку менеджменту в різних сегментах галузі і бути конкурентоспроможними учасниками ринку праці. Установлены причины низкого уровня подготовки менеджеров физической культуры и спорта в ВУЗ. Обоснованно, что инновационные подходы в формировании будущих менеджеров физической культуры и спорта в нынешних условиях являются определяющим направлением в деятельности отечественной высшей школы. Что в настоящее время систему профессиональной подготовки менеджеров из физической культуры и спорта необходимо направить на удовлетворение потребностей общества специалистами, которые должны знать специфику менеджмента в разных сегментах отрасли и быть конкурентоспособными участниками рынка.
