Problems and Countermeasures of the System and Mechanism of Emergency Rescue Team in Jiangsu Chemical Industry Park Based on the Principle of Statistics

Abstract

With the gradual construction of chemical industry park, chemical enterprises tend to gather, which also causes the aggregation of safety risks. In order to reduce the impact of accidents in chemical enterprises, Jiangsu Provincial Work Safety Commission issued opinions on Further Strengthening the fire safety work in chemical concentration areas (January 2009), requiring each chemical concentration area to build a fire station, and requiring each chemical park and enterprise to be equipped with emergency rescue team and materials according to the requirements and needs. This paper makes a general survey of the construction of emergency rescue teams and fire stations in chemical industry parks in Jiangsu Province, and makes a sampling survey of the construction of emergency rescue teams in some chemical industry monitoring points and chemical enterprises. Based on the principle of statistics, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the system and mechanism of emergency rescue teams in chemical industry parks and chemical enterprises and puts forward some ideas and suggestions.
