Abstract
China is in a critical period of teaching reform and the development of network information technology, which has become a decisive factor in the management of colleges and universities. At present, there are some problems in the formalization of teaching management in colleges and universities. The teaching management personnel should attach great importance to them, actively participate in solving these problems, and make reasonable and scientific planning to ensure the formalization construction of teaching management.
