Abstract
随着我国全科医师规范化培训的逐渐开展，全科医师培训工作已经初具规模，培训相关问题也逐渐展现。通过分析河北省全科医师规范化培训临床实践阶段的情况、存在的问题，提出完善管理制度、培养合格的师资及加强技能训练等可行措施，以提升全科医师临床实践阶段的培训质量，为我国全科医师规范化培训工作提供可借鉴的经验。
