Abstract
This article attempts to analyze the conceptual scope of the term “medical staff” in the aspect of the need to regulate other professions related to medicine. It also indicates one of the duties associated with belonging to the professional self-government, i.e. the payment of self-government contributions. The problem of the specificity of professional misconduct consisting in the non-payment of the self-government fee was also presented, as well as the statutory regulations in this area were compared.
