Abstract

Recent studies on the diamagnetic Kepler problem have allowed greater insights into the nature of the quantum analog of classical chaos. Dynamical symmetries and the quantum/classical motions are well understood. Adding that this is experimentally realized in Rydberg atoms interacting with static magnetic fields, makes this situation one of the most promising for studying 3D-hamiltonian chaos.
