Abstract
An electrochemical impedance immunosensor was developed for the monitoring of intermolecular interactions between anti‐human‐AFP monoclonal IgG and α‐fetoprotein (AFP). Antibody (Ab) was immobilized on the polyaniline (PAN) modified electrodes by cyclic voltammetry. The modification of electrode surface and the interaction between antibody and antigen were studied by impedance spectroscopy. The resulting immunosensor has a linear dynamic range of 200–800 ng/mL of AFP.
