Abstract

With the available experimental results on χcJ(J=0,1,2) decays, we explore the decays of χcJ→B8B¯8 and χcJ→B10B¯10 based on the SU(3) flavor symmetry. In addition, we give an extensive discussion on the possible contributions from the SU(3) breaking effect and Σ0−Λ mixing. With the decay amplitude determined from an effective Hamiltonian, we also present the expected branching fractions for those unobserved decay modes, e.g., χcJ→nn¯ and χcJ→ΛΣ¯0+Λ¯Σ0, which are expected to be observed at the BESIII experiment and the future planned Super Tau-Charm facilities. Our results provide valuable insights that will aid in advancing our understanding of the mechanisms and characteristics of χcJ decays. Published by the American Physical Society 2024
