Abstract
Simultaneous quantitative analysis of the plant hormones abscisic acid and indole-3-acetic acid from fruits ofVitis vinifera ssp. was performed by thin layer chromatography and high pressure liquid chromatography. Hormonal activity was proved in a biological test.
