Abstract
In accordance with the wide morphological variety of pathologic kinds of cystic renal changes, which differ from each other both anatomically and genetically (Classification effected after Potter) characteristic Ultrasonic images can be defined. For the first time, it has been possible to establish sonographically an early manifestation of the “adult” type III of polycystic renal degeneration, in one case on the first day of the 20th pregnancy week
