Abstract
For the promotion of Scandinavian Journal of Immunology and authors of scientific articles, the Editors and Editorial Board members agreed to award 50,000 NOK annually (one first prize 25,000 and two second prizes 12,500) to the best papers published. This selection started in 2004 for the best papers published in 2003. The three annually selected papers published in 2003–2006 are hereby presented [1–12]. The Editors of the Scandinavian Journal of Immunology congratulate the authors once more.
