Abstract

The healthcare platform has to face a massive amount of elec-tronic health record today with the rapid development of cloud computing and internet of things. These big healthcare data should be analyzed to possess potential appliance value, or it will be meaningless. But the big healthcare data techniques can only be used if security and privacy issues are addressed, so it is essential to develop new techniques to suit for different pri-vacy-preserving scenarios. The most promising technique to tackle such problems is homomorphic encryption, which can analyze the data in encrypted form. And another problem to be concerned is that the data are from different parties, usually encrypted with different public keys, so a secure multisource data computation scheme should be designed to suite for our cloud computing scenario. To make our scheme more flexible, we consider combining homomorphic encryption and proxy re-encryption techniques. Our scheme is efficient for computing encrypted data under multiple keys.
