This paper conducts a comprehensive global review of privacy legislation and enforcement mechanisms, shedding light on the challenges posed by the digital age. With a focus on the intricate balance between technological advancements and the fundamental right to privacy, the study explores the evolving legal landscape and its implications for individuals, businesses, and governments. The analysis encompasses diverse jurisdictions, highlighting the variations in privacy laws and enforcement approaches across regions.
