Abstract

In this paper, we will examine how the constitution in the country violates the rights of privacy, and other aspects of public life in the name of surveillance. Whether the longest written constitution in the world protects the common people rights especially the privacy of individuals in this technological driven world. Generally, the role played by the judicial administrations and Law system in the country is to save the people from data theft of personal information but in India, one of the main difficulties in the constitution is flexibility in the actions and the constitution of India is out-dated in comparison with the recent advancements and technologies.
