Abstract
Previously reserved to palliative indications, radiotherapy has been developped as radical local therapeutic option (known as «ablative radiotherapy») in oligo metastatic non small cell lung cancers.First published data confirm that this technique provides few side effects and offers interesting local response rate.However, selection of eligible metastatic patients for local treatment (stereotactic radiotherapy and/or surgery) is to precise in our daily practice, especially during immunotherapy.1877-1203/© 2022 SPLF.
