Abstract
The paper analyses Vesna Kapor’s novel Nebo, tako duboko, with spe- cial attention paid to the nature of the narrative. The Kapor’s novel belongs to the type of lyrical novel because the plot of the narrative remains in the background. There are several different focalizers who tell the story by expressing their feelings. The features of epistolary novels can be recognised in Kapor’s work as well, since the story is actually presented through letters written by different characters. The paper deals with composi- tion and structure of the novel, as well as different narrative elements and specific literary devices used to tell the story.
