Abstract

Patients with prior infrarenal aortic intervention represent an increasing demographic of patients undergoing thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR). Studies have suggested that prior abdominal aortic surgery is a risk factor for spinal cord ischemia (SCI) after TEVAR. However, these Results were largely based on single-center experiences, and limited national data assessing the postoperative outcomes for these patients are available. The Objective of our study was to evaluate the effect of prior infrarenal aortic surgery on SCI after TEVAR.
