Abstract

More attention has been paid to flexible electronics with the advent of the era of artificial intelligence, such as skin-like sensors, stretchable batteries and soft actuators. Current fabrication strategies are mainly focused on the stretch ability of the conductor with less emphasis on the huge mismatch of the conductive material and polymeric substrate, which results in stability issues during long-term use. In this paper, a simple method for preparing silver circuit is proposed. Reducing agent and precursor ink of silver are printed on PVA in turn, and silver pattern is formed by reaction in PVA. The conductivity of flexible circuit is 8.3 × 104 S/m. After bending cycle test, ∆R/R almost unchanged, showed that the material has well stability and adhesion. The flexible circuit was prepared by printing ink on the PVA reaction, which had high bending resistance and important significance for the preparation of the flexible circuit.
