Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) efektivitas, 2) akuntabilitas, 3) partisipasi masyarakat terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini sampel diambil dengan simple random teknik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji f, uji t, dan uti koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, akuntabilitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat.
