Principles of territorial organization of borders of settlements and municipalities

Abstract

Currently, the description of the borders of municipalities and localities does not cover the entire territory of Russia. The main task of establishing such borders is the transfer of land to the man-agement of municipalities, which can regulate land issues within the framework of current legisla-tion and contributes to the sustainable development of human settlements, which actualizes the topic today. This article discusses the basic principles of territorial organization of borders, prob-lems of their establishment, as well as proposed solutions and algorithm for this event in order to avoid errors in the design planning of territories and their management.
