SummarySome aspects of modern Industrial Engineering techniques, systems analysis and management principles are discussed. Included are some of the efforts of one department at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital to tidy up its shop. We certainly do not pretend to have solved all our management problems but in a small way have made a start.
