Abstract

Static models of meter-in and meter-out fluid power system are built through resistance characteristics of control valve orifices to find the optimum static operation points. It is concluded that flow conductance reversing criterion and energy loss conservation criterion of meter-in and meter-out fluid power system, and is presented that the choosing principles of static operation points respectively from three aspects of energy loss, velocity sensitivity, pressure range limitation. Consequently the theory foundation is provided for designing of valve or system and field debugging of meter-in and meter-out fluid power systems.
