Abstract

The self-adaptive fuzzy PID control method is not affected by the parameters of the system and the changes of the environment greatly. It has faster convergence and stronger robustness. The most prominent is that the control method can improve the performance of the control system by continuously correcting the control rules and adjusting the system parameters in real time. In this paper, PID control, fuzzy control and self-adaptive fuzzy PID control methods are respectively used to control the linear two-stage inverted pendulum system, and the advantages of self-adaptive fuzzy PID control method are gained by comparison.
