Abstract
CAR-T therapy is a High-profile technology in cancer immunotherapy, which has developed rapidly and has made great achievements in the treatment of hematologic tumors. Its therapeutic principle makes CAR-T cell therapy a great advantage in the treatment of relapsed refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia. However, CAR-T cell therapy still faces many problems, such as side effects, off-target effects, and the lack of specific antigen deficiency on the surface of solid tumors and so on. At present, it is an important research direction to reduce the impact of side effects on patients and its application in solid tumors.
