Abstract
ABSTRACTThis research is based on the establishment of SDN Kwarasan 01 Grogol in 1954, and was led by the first principal. The purpose of this research is to understand the extent of the leadership strategy of the principal of SDN Kwarasan 01 Grogol now to realize school quality. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data collection used is interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study used three analyses including data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusions. The results of the following study show that the implementation and evaluation of the quality of education at SDN Kwarasan 01 is carried out in three ways, the first: improving teacher skills, second: increasing the potential of students in the field of science. Full assistance from the local government and the central government in the development of schools is a supporting factor to achieve school quality. The results obtained from the development of the quality of education are the increasing achievements of students who are derived from competitions in the fields of science both general and religious and human resources contained in schools.
