Dolioletta gegenbauri (Uljanin, 1884) and Doliolum nationalis Borgert, 1893 are reported for the first time for Chilean waters. The organisms studied included 31 specimens of Dolioletta gegenbauri, divided among 8 phorozooids, 15 gonozooids and 8 nurses, plus 20 specimens of Doliolum nationalis, which were all phorozooids. All the specimens were collected in Mejillones Bay, Chile (23oS) between 0 and 100 m depth, in October 2001.
