Abstract

A 28-year female, previously diagnosed non-alcoholic steatohepatitis was evaluated for right upper quadrant pain of moderate severity for 2 months. She had no fever, jaundice, bleeding, ascites or weight loss. Examination revealed large firm-to-hard tender liver with mild ascites. Pelvic examination was normal. Serum alfa-fetoprotein(AFP) was 55897ng/ml.
