Abstract

Introduction: Primary tumour location (PTL) may influence oncological outcome in patients with colorectal cancer liver metastases (CRLM). Previous studies have reported worse prognosis with right sided PTL, though this observation could be confounded by the later presentation of right sided tumours. In this study we evaluate the impact of PTL on survival after surgical resection of CRLM at a single tertiary centre.
