Abstract

Abstract The case of a patient who had myelopathy associated with human T-cell lymphotropic virus Type 1 (HTLV-1) for 10 years and developed a T-cell lymphoma in the cerebellum is reported. The relationship between myelopathy associated with HTLV-1 and primary T-cell lymphoma is discussed.
