Abstract
症例は66歳，男性．上腹部不快感，体重減少を主訴に近医受診．膵腫瘍を指摘され当科紹介入院となった．腹部画像検査にて膵体部に5cm大の腫瘍を認め，超音波内視鏡下腫瘍生検にて膵小細胞癌と診断した．化学療法は，GemcitabineとS-1には効果を認めなかったが，PE療法（cisplatin+etoposide）が著効した．膵小細胞癌は稀であるが，化学療法に高感受性を示すため，正確な診断が重要である．
