Skin primary sarcomatoid carcinomas (SPSCs) are rare cutaneous neoplasms and their derivation is challenging. SPSCs comprise a wide group of skin malignant neoplasms and differential diagnosis includes squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, atypical fibroxanthoma, sarcoma as well as metastatic tumors
