Abstract
Saccular abdominal aortic aneurysms (sAAAs) are often repaired because of the morphology alone owing to their unknown rupture risk. Limited data are available documenting the natural history of these aneurysms; thus, no consensus has been reached for selective interventions in these patients. In this study, we sought to ascertain the natural history of sAAAs and, thus, define their appropriate management strategy.
