Abstract

The Kinetics of the primary radiation defect for mation, spatial separation and recombination in pure AgBr monocrystals exposed to ns-pulsed electron irradiation is studied experimentally and theoretically. To explain experimental data, we suggest a model in which the separation within geminate paires of radiation defects increases with the temperature from 100 to 400 K and then saturates.
