Abstract
Three cases of primary ovarian pregnancy are presented. All are authentic according to the classification of Spiegelberg. Pregnancy had not occurred in these individuals prior to the development of ovarian gestation. Fertilization of the ovum within its follicle is the probable mechanism in Cases 1 and 2. In the third case, pregnancy evidently had taken place on the surface of the ovary in an endometrial implant. Three cases of primary ovarian pregnancy are presented.
