Abstract
Adenopathy is the main presentation of lymphoma. Despite frequent nodal involvement, extranodal origins are not uncommon. Freeman et al. 1 reviewed 8767 non-Hodgkin's lymphomas and noted that 24% were considered to have extranodal origins. 2 Primary skeletal muscle lymphoma, however, is rare. 3–5 We recently treated a case of primary skeletal muscle non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the upper extremity.
