Abstract

In the case presented, primary lymphoma of the prostate was diagnosed by ultrasonically guided transrectal biopsy. Primary lymphoma of the prostate should be included in the differential diagnosis of a hypoechoic lesion found on ultrasonic evaluation of the prostate in a young adult.
