Abstract
Case reports: Only 21 cases of primary orbital liposarcoma have been previously published. We report two such rare cases in a 50-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman.Comments: The diagnosis is usually established after histopathologic examination. This paper also describes clinical and radiologic features and gives a brief review of the literature.
