Delayed static planar images obtained at 120 minutes post injection show a large focus of increased uptake adjacent to the left side of the trachea in the left thyroid bed. (B) Multiplanar SPECT CT demonstrating confirmatory findings of a solitary large focus of increased activity and hyperemia in the left base of the neck. No abnormal activity in the thorax. . ABSTRACT
