Abstract

Cutaneous manifestations of Cryptococcus neoformans in immunocompromised persons have been well documented. We report a case of localized skin involvement after an abrasion in a healthy host. It presented as chronic ulcerative nodules that resolved after fluconazole therapy. (J Am Acad Dermatol 2000;43:344-5.)
