Abstract
A case of a 66-year-old man, who was referred to the Oral Medicine service with persistent oral ulceration and widespread cutaneous rash is presented. Laboratory investigations confirmed a diagnosis of epitheliotropic, CD8-positive, cytotoxic, T-cell lymphoma. Oral ulceration represents a heterogeneous group of aetiologies: the patient with this more concerning pathology presented both to his general medical and dental practitioners.
