Abstract
Primary cardiac liposarcomas are extremely rare. We present an extremely rare case of primary cardiac liposarcoma in the right ventricular outflow tract, tethered to the pulmonary valve and prolapsing in the pulmonary artery during systole in a young symptomatic male patient. Complete excision of the liposarcoma with the pulmonary valve cusp and reconstruction of the pulmonary valve were performed.
