Abstract
Primary angiitis central nervous system with multiple cerebral cortex and retinal involvement, it is very rare cases, in the literature, PACNS associated with retinal involvement, In our case is the case report for difficult diagnostic dilemma, with multiple clinical medical trail, also highlighted the accurate diagnostic of PACNS by STB (stereotaxic Biopsy) histopathological and management.
