Abstract

Full-requirements suppliers face a challenging pricing problem because the ultimate price at which the power is sold is determined not by regulatory cost allocation but by an auction or by arms-length bargaining. While there are methods for attacking that pricing problem based on financial mapping and simulation, there is as yet no complete solution.
